Each one of our 12 well-appointed rooms have been inspired by the charm and wonder of our South African heritage, inviting travellers to discover and connect with the history and culture of the 3 continents: Africa, Europe and Asia.
All rooms offer stunning views of either the Atlantic Ocean, False Bay and Table Mountain, or our peaceful and manicured garden. King / Twin beds are available in all room categories. All rooms are non-smoking. We allow smoking in the specific outside areas only if there are no objections from other guests. Pets are not allowed.

It is the largest of all the rooms, offers absolute privacy, has its own private lounging area, a fully equipped kitchenette and dining table, an outside braai area, sliding doors with a wide-angle, spectacular ocean view.
It offers a discerning traveller a perfect place to rest, an ideal spot that feels just like home, while away from home. With its 2 bunk beds, the suite is ideal for a couple with children and can be booked for long periods or on a self-catering basis (on request). (The Manor offers two Penthouse units, located on the upper level and accessible by stairs. Each features a kitchenette and balcony with sun loungers. These lovely rooms can be connected via an interleading door, ideal for a family of four when you reserve both (subject to availability), for exclusive use of the entire top floor.)

Cancellation policy:
All confirmed bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy – please note that this flexible policy below is only valid for direct bookings, on our website www.manoronthebay.co.za
If cancelling:
- Forfeit 50% of total if guests cancel 30 days before arrival.
- Forfeit 75% of total if guests cancel 21 days before arrival.
- Forfeit 100% of total if guests cancel 14 days before arrival.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Manor on the Bay will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms of the establishment.
